The superstar's fans were gearing up to celebrate their star's birthday which falls on the 12th of December. But Rajinikanth had requested them not to celebrate his birthday as the killing of innocent Tamils in Sri Lanka continues.Rajini had left Chennai on December 10th to Hyderabad where he will participate in the shooting of Sultan – The Warrior. The film is directed by his daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth. The shooting is on at the Ramoji Film City. The star is expected back in the city on December 15th. It is worth mentioning here that Rajini never stays in the city for his birthdays and prefers to spend time on his own or with his family.
