Marriage has nothing to hinder an actress’ profession. This is the slogan that the contemporary actresses are sounding. In fact it is not new. Even in past the actresses like Savitri, Bhanumathi, Anjali Devi and many others have continued in their profession even after marriage. But it is the time of exposing heroines. A heroine needs to keep all sorts of traditional bindings behind and ‘sexpose’ as directed by director. Hence many actresses feel that it may not suit them after marriage depending on the traditions and tastes of groom’s families. But many of present actresses are saying that their husbands and in laws are supportive for acting in glamour roles.
Bhumika, the wife of Bharat Tahakur is looking hotter after marriage, say sources. Ravi Babu directed her in Anasuya and he says that marriage has no role to hinder an actress. After all, it is talent and physical appearance that matter, he said,
On the other hand Ramya Krishna is the most glamorous Mom in demand in Tollywood. She too is happy for the freedom extended by Krishna Vamsi, her hubby.
Same applies for Arthi Agarwal, who married a few years ago. She says that she is ready to dance even for item songs as well. Simran is also happy for acting again and she prefers both glamorous and meaty roles. Indeed, she started showing off her newly made tattoo on her heart only after marriage.
So, the so called obstacles are not the real obstacles for these actresses to continue their interests.
