The movie Bhavani film shooting got interrupted as the Hindu activists started to protested to stop the shooting.This movie is a Telugu remake of the film Vyjayanthi IPS with Sneha in the leading role. This movie is under the direction of Arthi Kumar and produced by G Kiccha.
Comedian Vivek is also roped in to give the movie a good stir. The shooting was taking place in Tirunelveli for last two weeks now.
When they were shooting a sequence with actor Vivek, in the premises of Ramar Temple in Palayoangkottai, Hindu Munnani district secretary Udayar, Raja of Yadavar Maha Sabai and Kutrala Murugan came in and started to protest. There were disturbed by the shooting taking place in a holy place.
The filming crew tried to explain that they have the shooting permission with the concerned authorities but they did not want to listen. Eventually the local police took the Hindu activists away from the shooting spot.
