Kalyani is a Malayalam beauty with brains. She was a instant hit with the Telugu audience for her ‘natural’ acting abilities. She had this girl-next-door looks but she impressed everyone with her smiling face and her arresting screen presence.People still remember her riveting performance in the film ‘Avunu Vallu Iddaru Ishtapaddaru’. Kalyan then quit films to get married to director Surya Kiran. She later came back in some films but she is now seen mostly in guest roles.
Kalyani is now taking a leaf out of Bhumika’s book. Bhumika is now turning producer and her first film features Charmy in the lead role. Kalyani is now producing a Tamil film titled ‘Adhyayam 6’. Her husband Surya Kiran is the director. Here is wishing Kalyani good luck in her new role as a producer.
