While it has become a fad for our stars to visit colleges for inter-collegiate culturals, Ajith was recently in a privately run college in the outskirts of Chennai for an entirely different preposition. Though everybody knows about his passion for racing and other sporting events, little did anyone realize that he is also adept in aeromodelling. He was seen demonstrating to the students to assemble and fly scaled models using remote control.Later he was talking to them on this subject. Of course it goes without saying that the students listened to him with rapt attention.Later on, on a casual basis, Ajith said that he has been interested in aeromodelling from his school days while he was a part of NCC. He also added that he is following keenly the latest developments in the field and kept himself up to date. He has also logged with the Madras Flying Club and will be acquiring pilot’s license soon.
