Dhanush and Shriya Saran are back from Kodaikanal after the second schedule of Kutty the Tamil remake of Arya. She has also completed work on Jaggubhai , which she says has shaped out well. In Kutty she plays a very simple girl with no glamour attached and director Mitran Jawahar is all praise for her work. Shriya is hoping that 2009 will be a good year as last year she did not have a single release. She is also working opposite Vishal in Thoranai and her big summer release will be Vikram’s Kanthasamy.
