‘Paiya’ which created much hype when its initial female lead Nayantara was banned from the industry is said to be canning at a fast pace. The unit sources report that director Linguswamy has very less time to complete the film as Tamannah and actor Karthi have just donated their valuable dates of few weeks.
So, director of Paiya- Mr. Linguswamy is all set to release this film by April last week. According to unit sources, the movie is a remake of a Hollywood blockbuster titled Hitcher” which created waves on its release. The story of Paiya is in these lines, but the director has changed some lines to suit the Tamil audiences taste.

The movie goes on as follows- a couple goes on a highway in a luxury car and incidentally they meet a person on the highway. The movie is a 3 day highway Journey which takes place in between Bangalore and Mumbai Highway. The person who gets into the car creates havoc and the suspense element and the spine chilling thrill starts from the person’s character entry. According to Lingu the movie will have everything which is needed to make the movie a super hit.
