“We work hard for every film and we expect the good result but sometimes flops come. We worry for quite some time and latter we move on with the next project,” said Nayanathara, when asked about the failures of Salute and Kathanayakudu. “I never felt insecure in my professional life so far. I agree that here is a professional competition among the girls, as more and more are entering in to the glamour world. I rather concentrate more on building my trade mark,” said Nayanathara.Recently there were news that she is the highest paid actor in south beating Ileana and Trisha. When asked about this, “I don’t know about it. Who doesn’t want fame? I do want to become and called as the highest paid actress,” said Nayanathara. Is she interested in moving to Bollywood? “I don’t think so. I am getting almost the same remuneration here as the Bollywood heroines. Why should I go there? As a matter of fact, there is a lot of competition there. I have to start all from beginning. I think it’s a foolish idea to go for Bollywood offers, when you are busy down south,” concludes Nayanathara. Is she targeting her fellow actresses Shriya and Asin?
