Adhinarayana starring Meera Jasmine in the lead role opposite newcomer Kajan is fast shaping up. The film’s director Vettri Vendhan said, ‘In spite of her busy schedule, Meera Jasmine agreed to do the movie after she was impressed with its storyline’.Kajan says, ‘Meera has encouraged and motivated me a lot. Initially I was afraid to share the screen with such a seasoned actress. However she helped me overcome fear’. Produced by S Balaji, the movie has musical score by Srikanth Deva.
‘A Bangalore lass Yogitha, making her debut in the movie, has come out with a good performance. She shakes her legs for a song with Karunaas and it has come out well’, Vettri Vendhan says and adds, ‘the song Karuppayi, set to tunes by Srikanth Deva, will top audio charts.’
The other credits are R Selva (cinematography), V M Udhayashankar (editing) and Gilli Shankar (stunts).
