After a long time, we had a darshan of Shilpa Shetty at Chennai. She was here to inaugurate UNIQ, actress Sona.'s store selling fashion jewellery.Sona has acted in films like 'PathuPathu,' 'Mirugam'and 'Kuselan.' She has opened this latest fashion jewellery show room at Bharati Dasan Rdin Teynampet area of Chennai. Actress Shilpa Shetty inaugurated it.
Having become world famous through the Big Brothers show, Shilpa is much in demand to participate in several functions. She must be spending most of her time flying as she's that busy, but her call sheet for yesterday was at Chennai.
After opening the UNIQ showroom, Shilpa said, "I love Chennai. I have visited here many times. Rajini, Vikram and Vijay are some of my favorite actors."After 'Mr. Romeo' and 'Kushi,' why has she not acted in Tamil films? "Recently Mr. Prabhu Deva spoke to me. He wanted me to act in a film, but I had to turn down the offer as of now since I had no free time. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely love to act in Tamil films," purred Shilpa with a charming smile.
