Lakshmi Rai is ruing the day she spoke harshly to comedian Karunas for ‘daring’ to offer her the lead role opposite himself in ‘Dindigul Sarathy’.Karunas went ahead with the film with Karthika as the female lead. The film has become a huge hit and it seems Lakshmi Rai, plagued by a string of flops, has had a change of heart. It is reported that she ad called up the comedian and apologised him to him for her harsh behaviour.
The beautiful actress, who has been hitting headlines regularly for her ‘alleged’ affair with Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, has been having a very dull year in films. She just managed an average hit in ‘Dhaam Dhoom’, in which she had a supporting role only.
