Thangar Bachan was to direct Prabhu Deva but for reasons unknown, the project was shelved. Now the Azhagi director will wield the megaphone for ‘Tholaindu ponavargal’ in which he is bringing Madhavan and Sathyaraj together. This film will be written and directed by Thangar Bachan. Priyamani, the national award winning actress wil lbe seen as Madhavan’s heroine. The director is yet to decide whether there would be a heroine for Sathyaraj or not. After Onbadu Roobai Nottu, Sathyaraj will once again be directed by Thangar and going by his precedence, the movie will surely be a gripping saga on relationships and emotions.
