Maverick actor Parthiban is hunting for a fresh face to play the female lead in his upcoming Vithagan (also referred to as Vitthagan). The news that Parthiban is planning his next film is in itself a reason to rejoice for many; everyone has seen what this artist (who thinks out of the box) is capable of in Kudaikkul Mazhai. His search for a fresh face only adds to their joy and excitement because the last fresh face he discovered was the talented and beautiful Madhumitha (who slightly resembles famous actress Rathi Agnihotri).With Aayirathil Oruvan that kept him busy for more than a year inching towards completion, Parthiban has began the brainstorming sessions for Vithagan and his vigorous search for a new heroine in all the possible places including the Internet!
Parthiban said that he knew too well that Aayirathil Oruvan would take a year to complete and was prepared for it. Saying that he loved his challenging role in it, he added that he was quite happy working with a talented director like Selvaraghavan. He said, "You will know why it took so long for us to complete Aayirathil Oruvan. It is a film worth waiting for."
