Rajkiran, who plays the pivotal role in director Samy’s Sarithiram was injured in the outdoor shoots recently. The actor plays a Silambam instructor and during the shoots that required him to leap in the air, Rajkiran twisted his right leg and developed a muscle sprain. The shooting was immediately called off and Rajkiran was subjected to medical supervision. As per last reports, he resumed working and reported to the sets.Sarithiram is directed by the controversial director Samy, whose recent release Mirugam received critical reviews. His Sarithiram talks about the Silambam martial art. Adhi plays the lead and shooting is being held in Pollachi, Kakkakothiparai.
